Have you ever stopped to think about the impact your words, thoughts, and emotions have on your body? It’s a topic often overlooked, but its significance in shaping your well-being cannot be underestimated. Learn the profound effects of your language with “The Power of Words” Guide Here. Consider this: when you use negative words, whether directed at yourself or others, you create a toxic atmosphere within your mind. Those harmful words can embed themselves in your thought patterns, leading to self-doubt, anxiety, and stress. And as your emotions follow suit, they mirror the negative energy you feed yourself. Yet, what many fail to realize is the profound physical implications of this internal turmoil. Research has demonstrated that chronic stress, fueled by negative emotions, weakens your immune system, making you more susceptible to illness. It can also give rise to digestive issues, sleep disturbances, and even cardiovascular complications. The science of psychoneuroimmunology suggests that your thoughts and emotions have the power to trigger the release of various chemicals and hormones in your body. Positive emotions like happiness and love can unleash “feel-good” chemicals that contribute to your well-being. On the flip side, negative emotions such as anger and fear can release stress hormones that wreak havoc on your body over time. So, take a moment to reflect on the way you speak, both to yourself and to others. Have you noticed self-deprecating language or doubt creeping into your inner dialogue? Awareness is the first step towards change… >> Download ‘The Power of Words’ eBook and discover how words can shape your life HERE.

The Gentle Caring Shepherd
The Gentle and Caring Shepherd, July 24 VIEW POST He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom. Isaiah 40:11. True workers walk and work by faith. Sometimes they grow weary with watching the slow advance of the work when the battle wages strong between the powers of good and evil. But if they refuse to fail or be discouraged they will see the clouds breaking away and the promise of deliverance fulfilling. Through the mist with which Satan has surrounded them, they will see the shining of the bright beams of the Sun of Righteousness. Work in faith, and leave results with God. Pray in faith, and the mystery of His providence will bring its answer. At times it may seem that you cannot succeed. But work and believe, putting into your efforts faith, hope, and courage. After doing what you can, wait for the Lord, declaring His faithfulness, and He will bring His word to pass. Wait, not in fretful anxiety, but in undaunted faith and unshaken trust. “If God be for us, who can be against us? He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?” (Romans 8:31, 32) (Testimonies for the Church 7:245). Our heavenly Father has a thousand ways to provide for us of which we know nothing. Those who accept the one principle of making the service of God supreme will find perplexities vanish and a plain path before their feet. The faithful discharge of today’s duties is the best preparation for tomorrow’s trials. Do not gather together all tomorrow’s liabilities and cares and add them to the burden of today…. Let us be hopeful and courageous. Despondency in God’s service is sinful and unreasonable. He knows our every necessity. To the omnipotence of the King of kings our covenant-keeping God unites the gentleness and care of the tender shepherd. His power is absolute, and it is the pledge of the sure fulfillment of His promises to all who trust in Him. He has means for the removal of every difficulty, that those who serve Him and respect the means He employs may be sustained. His love is as far above all other love as the heavens are above the earth. He watches over His children with a love that is measureless and everlasting. In the darkest days, when appearances seem most forbidding, have faith in God. He is working out His will, doing all things well in behalf of His people. The strength of those who love and serve Him will be renewed day by day. He is able and willing to bestow upon His servants all the help they need. He will give them the wisdom which their varied necessities demand (The Ministry of Healing, 481, 482). This text is from the devotional book Lift Him Up by Ellen G. White.

Prepare For The Storm
When you felt swayed, remember there’s anchor -Jesus.

The Wretched
Seeing the unfortunate, the poor suffer for lack of justice, compassion and help from the society.
The retched
Row your boat
At night the body of clouds advancing higher up the sky smothers the whole quiet gulf below with an impenetrable darkness, in which the sound of the falling showers can be heard beginning and ceasing abruptly—now here, now there. Indeed, these cloudy nights are proverbial with the seamen along the whole west coast of a great continent. Sky, land, and sea disappear together out of the world when the Placido—as the saying is—goes to sleep under its black poncho.
The few stars left below the seaward frown of the vault shine feebly as into the mouth of a black cavern. In its vastness your ship floats unseen under your feet, her sails flutter invisible above your head. The eye of God Himself—they add with grim profanity—could not find out what work a man’s hand is doing in there; and you would be free to call the devil to your aid with impunity if even his malice were not defeated by such a blind darkness.
Gently down the stream
The dawn breaks high behind the towering and serrated wall of the Cordillera, a clear-cut vision of dark peaks rearing their steep slopes on a lofty pedestal of forest rising from the very edge of the shore. Amongst them the white head of Higuerota rises majestically upon the blue. Bare clusters of enormous rocks sprinkle with tiny black dots the smooth dome of snow.
